Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!

I’m digging the adverts for this new animated television series. It’s a comedy show for pre-schoolers and it’ll be on Nick Jr. starting in August. Of course I love the cartooning but what really hooked me was one of the songs. That’s what friends are for, which you can hear at the Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! website under the goodies section. I’ll make it easy for you. Click here for the tune.
Wow wow wubzy

The weblog is full on information, including pictures of the Nickelodeon office toys. Go make yourself sick.

Jenna Lea loves me

This I know. Because her e-mail tells me so. My sister was nice enough to draw me a robot that will suck up any illnesses headed my way from now an SPX. So I’m posting it on my site to magnify it’s sickness influx field.

Lick a Super Hero

SuperHero stamps are now available at your local United States Postal Service Office.
A pretty nice showing of classic DC comic characters and covers. I would have rathered more close-ups than dupes of the same characters on covers. But hey, I can’t be picky thier US postage stamps! Practically legal tendar. How cool is that!
Plastic Man

King Zinga

I drew this guy for my robot yesterday.
He was suppose to be a robot but then I wanted to make him have a hairy armpit.
Maybe one day he’ll be in a comic with Apple Dumpler.

Heroes Convention 2006

What can I say. I totally didn’t get to go to the convention due to hospitalization.
But it looks like it was a great one this year.
Lots of neat pictures out there.

I want to give big thanks to all my Buddies. And special BIG props to Duane Ballenger for watching the booth. I’ll also be putting stars on the report cards of all the Wide Awake Press folks: Justin, Jamie, Taylor, Jamie, Scott and Frank. And CP for rallying the troops. AR, RV and RU kick it and know how to kick it till the kicking is done right.

Thanks to Terry Cronin for sounding the trumpit on the whole WA666 book. You’re a super-neat-great fella and the book is gonna blow off the shelves with your help.

So let’s do this thing next year but with me all up in the fun.
Oh, Mr Dusty, you are the man. But you know that already or you wouldn’t be the man.
Thanks! Now lets see what kind of illness I can come up for SPX!
