I’ll have a new mini-comic for FLUKE on April 12,2008. It’s called 26 robots and it’s a full color collection of robots in alpabetical order. Drop me a line if you can’t make it to FLUKE and you’d like a copy. Not sure of the price right now but I’ll let you know ASAP.
Today I went to my son’s school and drew robots with his classmates!

I like having something brand new at every show I go to. It doesn’t always happen but I try. For ACE I continued my theme of Flowers and Robots. Ending up with 3 out of 5 being on topic. Not so shabby I guess.
What is shabby is the scan job I did on these suckers. The colors either get completely washed out or really saturated. Now I don’t have the originals to adjust them like. But hey, I was walking out the door so I’m glad I even took the time to capture them in the first place.

I’m working on some water color robots to have for ACE. I bought some ink and a brush to see if I liked the way it worked. I tested the it last night real quick on the water color paper I have. It was fun to do so I think I’ll use it on the final water colors and scan them for you when I finish. Or you could just come to ACE and take one home with you!
I got a horrible scan of this little water color robot that was sent to in a package of comic goodies. I managed to get a fuzzy picture of it with my camera before it left. Hope you find a happy home little guy.
One of a few robots that I recieved for my birthday. My sister got it from the World Market which is one of the last places I’d expect to see a robot.
Did you know I love robots? I wouldn’t say I’m totally obsesed by robots, but I like them a lot. So it isn’t a surprise how much I like We The Robots. It’s a new web comic by Chris Harding and it’s updated 3 times a week so you don’t get overloaded with new comics each week.
Basically it’s the real world reflected in robot form. But he does some robot specific jokes now and then. I highly recommend you checking it out. You can start at the begining, but I recomend starting here and read a few till you get hooked and then go back and read the intro.
