Family Tip: It’s really nice to have Sisters that live close by. Especially when they drive you to the emergency doctor at 9 at night when you can’t breath. And then wait with you at the pharmacy and deflect the ramblings of a raving lunatic from talking with you the entire 45 minutes.

Health Tip: Trying to fight a 103 temperature for nearly a week with over the counter drugs is never a good idea.

Health Tip: Breathing oxygen is a good thing.

Health tip: Resting allows you time to worry about all the things you’ve forgotten to worry about when you were busy trying to keep up with the things you knew to worry about.

Auto Tip: When you run out of gas in your child’s school car line don’t keep trying to start it. Wait patiently while all the other parents drive around you with smiles on their faces. If you do try to keep starting it you could A. Kill your battery and B. Run all the gas from your fuel line making it impossible to start once you do get gas.

Health Tip: having walking pneumonia does not make it easier to push a Ford Windstar Mini-Van the length of a basketball court.

Family Tips: Dads are great for waiting on Tow Trucks and listening to you wine about how crappy you feel. He is also pretty handy to have around when the Tow Truck driver says they only take cash.

Trash Tip: Use large black bags instead of kitchen bags and your family can play “Trash Can Jenga” knowing the bag is bigger than the can. The one who tumbles the mound has to take it to the road.

Pet Tip: Eventually your pet will have to wear a cone around their heads because they don’t know any better than chew themselves to death. When you watch them dealing with this new apparatus, be prepared to experience moments of hilarity and moments of pity. Half of these moments will happening at the same time.
