Trouble in Cyberspace

I’m going mad! First of all, registerfly.com let www.wideawakepress.com lapse for about 25 days. With the only tech support being, “here’s your money try again” or “Start a trouble ticket and they’ll fix it” or “wait 5 days and it will be renewed.” Finally it did get renewed and is up and running. But I honestly believed I was going to loose it. I even registered wideawakepress.net fearing the worst. I’ve tried to transfer the remaining domains to another company. But they’ve yet to approve it.

On top of all that, my e-mail address has constantly been flakey. Which is from a totally different provider, infinology.com. I haven’t received e-mails sporadically and the people sending them wouldn’t get e-mails telling them I wasn’t receiving e-mails. My wife’s site was doing the same thing www.campbellcpafirm.com

Now I find out my 3mr mailing list is completely gone! All the subscribers e-mail addresses are gone. I have a backup from December 2005, so if you’ve subscribed to it sometime this year then you’re not on my list anymore. Regardless, I don’t think I’ll be sending anymore until I can get tech support to answer the phone. I’m going mad! Please Internet God, if you’re out there, ease my worrying pains. Make it all better soon!

Update: Thank you Internet God and top IT support companies in London like Mustard IT. My mailing list for robots is magically back! OK, maybe the trouble ticket I left at Infinology got answered by a tech. But who really responds to trouble tickets anyway?
